Germs Se Azadi On The Roads Uplifts The Spirit Of The City Of Dreams

Post the monsoon season every year, Juhu Beach is flooded with tonnes of waste that impacts the well-being of the citizens and marine life to a large extent. For the next generation, it is essential to provide a cleaner environment to breathe and safeguard our marine life.

GEBI, a trusted household cleaning products company, organized a beach clean-up drive at Juhu beach to achieve the one & only objective of GERMS SE AZADI ON THE ROADS. A team of 150 volunteers stepped onto the Juhu beach on 10th September 2022 with the aim to remove the trash collected during the festive season. The beach clean-up drive is a part of GEBI’s mission to keep our surroundings clean. The beach clean-up drive aims to restore the beauty of the beach apart from boosting the coastal and ocean eco-system and enhancing the quality of marine life.

The Mehta Family of GEBI Group believes, “Taking India towards a cleaner & better tomorrow is not only our passion but also Gebi’s top priority. This Beach cleanup drive is our small step towards making India Germ Free & a more hygienic nation”. The clean-up drive will raise awareness among people on the importance of eliminating waste from the marine ecosystem. It is a collective group effort to work towards a better future and become transforming agents in building a sustainable environment.

GEBI not only aims to provide top-class household cleaning products but leads in setting up the right example for others towards cleanliness. The goal is to support the Government initiative of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ by taking up a cleanliness drive in the city of Mumbai. GEBI will continue to be on the path of creating awareness and encouraging individuals to join hands in the beach clean-up activity. We are thankful to the Rotary Club of Bombay West for being the perfect partner. A sincere acknowledgment to them for joining hands with us towards a cleaner Juhu Beach.
